Spiritual leadership originates in God and is sustained only by God. Therefore, spiritual leadership is for God! However, there is a difference between ministry and spiritual leadership; and that you are a minister of God does not translate into spiritual leadership among men. God ultimately birth spiritual leaders and He sustains them. Spiritual leadership is not about titles; neither is it about positions or popularity. The question then is; what is spiritual leadership? And who is a spiritual leader?

Spiritual leader is therefore the man or woman who represents and reflects God’s purpose and personality on the earth. The off-shoot of this definition is that, you do not need to be called a pastor by people to be a spiritual leader; neither do you need some form of organizational structure and infrastructure to function as a leader on the earth under God. John Stanko wrote a book, “So many leaders, so few leadership”; which suggests that the world does not lack leaders; but true spiritual leaders. A people in pursuit of God’s purpose among men.

This book is written under the leadership of God to help a boy, girl, woman or man become the spiritual leader that his or her generation has been yearning for. This book reveals the process that true spiritual leaders passes through, before they become entities that accurately represents God and reflects His purpose among men (in their offices, schools, families, communities, nations and generations).

Christ is not coming for a struggling Church; but a dominant Church - a church in dominion over flesh (self), pride, sin, money, fame, adultery, backbiting, etc. And really, we cannot continue to hide under the glory of denominations; nor can we forever hide under the holiness, faith, power, influence, and prayers of General Overseers, Founders, Presidents, Senior Pastors, Primates, Bishops, Prophets, etc. For every believer in Christ is expected to walk in dominion on the earth.

But this is a people robbed and plundered; all of them are snared in holes, and they are hidden in prison houses; they are for prey, and no one delivers; for plunder, and no one says, "Restore!"

Isaiah 42:22

If you can take this; then I speak, "This book is not just another book; but it is God's voice for the restoration of dominion to everybody (individual believer) of Christ". As you read on, I trust that the Spirit of Christ will fill you with revelation for your total transformation and translation into practical dominion on this earth in Jesus name. Amen!

To many people, "Life isn't fair!" While I am not claiming that statement is fair enough; I must add that life gives no man what he or she desires; but what he or she deserves. Our desires notwithstanding, we are very likely to become great, known or significant to the degree of our willingness to become all we were created and fabricated to become.

Quite a great number of people around the world yearns to become just like a woman, man, philanthropist or neighbour outthere; yet, failing to become themselves. We strive to become like other people or groups; abandoning our own selves in the process; and making other's strengths the measure of our own strengths.

I have found out that no man can become better than the fishes inside water; and no man or device or jet can maneuver the airspace better than the birds.The point is, there is a man or woman you were created to become; there is a place you were assigned and your authority is tied to that location. Therefore, you will wonder through life, still wondering why you can't be great if you choose a life or a place different from your God-given.

One reason why competitions aren't encouraged by God is simple. It is difficult to compete with another's strength with your own weakness. Each one of us has been carefully crafted for specialized excellence and creativity. However, until we know our individual makeup and seek to grow our special skills, talents, abilities and strengths; we will continue looking for praises from others, which will never come outside our own domain of authority on earth.

If you put a shark in a lion's den; you will hurt the shark greatly - its size notwithstanding. If you also put a lion into the domain of a shark in an ocean; you have destroyed the life and destiny of that lion. You also have places that can destroy your life and destiny. You must avoid them. Also, trying to become like others will soon destroy you. Until you find yourself and work hard to become your best; you will not be fulfilled.

Don't get fixed to the limitations of the words of this book; allow God to inspire your thought to unravel the countless mysteries around your total makeup. Undoubtedly, multitudes in our world today are clear about the truth (not fact) that God is the Creator and Maker of heaven (the invisible realm) and the earth (visible realm); but what many are not sure about is whether He (the maker of all) rules in the affairs of men! Many today are vague about who determines the end of all things - fate or God? And some even believe that man evolved overtime in history; hence, the end of man will also be a product of his evolutions.

This book however is inspired by the Spirit of God to bring light to the darkness of our thoughts and conceptions, to help us see how some have taken “responsibility” for their disarrayed and disgruntled end. We would see how it is easy for a servant sent by the master to overturn the purpose of his errand in the pursuit of his own plans. Life is widely described among other things as a journey, and being a journey, it necessarily has the place or point of origin and the point or place of destination or ending. And really, in spite of anyone’s wishes or thoughts, no man can follow a wrong path and still intend to arrive at his predetermined destination. Even so, anyone that desires a fulfilled destiny in life must not be given to chance or accidental choices, but a purpose- driven choice.

God is the Pioneer of discipleship; therefore the task of writing a foreword for a book like this requires a humble approach. The reason is because Christian Discipleship is not man’s idea; it is exclusively God’s pattern for bringing men into the fullness and reality of His purpose, plan and possessions. That’s why discipleship is a journey and not just an encounter. It is a journey full of Mount Zion encounters. But it has a goal beyond an encounter. Discipleship is the making process of kings in God’s kingdom. Jesus is not the King of slaves. He is the King of kings. Hence, discipleship is a journey of raising men like Jesus on earth. 

 So this book in your hand, Journey of Discipleship, is a scripturally sound and practical destiny transforming resource that reveals the unadulterated, untainted and unmodified mind of God about His agenda towards raising people as His image and representatives on earth.

Christian Discipleship is not a new thing to the Church of Christ. Over the years, countless books have been written about it, programmes have been organized around it, curriculums have been designed and many people are carrying about the certificates that show they are graduates of discipleship. But the truth is, if these achievements are what discipleship is all about, there will be no need for this book to be written.

This is not just another book about discipleship. It is a book the Holy Spirit has inspired to correct the missing factor in our understanding of discipleship by taking us to the origin of Christian Discipleship. In the fast going world we are today, everyone is either pursuing one thing or the other; workers pursuing promotion and salary increment, politicians pursuing key positions in the country, students pursuing excellence in their studies and so on. As good as those scenarios sounds to us, we still need to sit down for a while and ask ourselves some salient questions, “Am I pursuing the right things at this stage or time of my life?”; “Am I pursuing what I am pursuing in life with understanding and good judgment? Or “Am I simply chasing a dead rat or a flying eagle?

MAN IN A DESTINY FULFILLMENT PURSUIT talks about the journey of every man in life; Where we start our journeys from; and how to complete that journey successfully achieving all our pursuits, so that we will not all be caught living as chameleons in our neighbourhoods, workplaces, schools, etc.; trying to suit our environments well; not giving attention to our individual differences– which actually talks about  the uniqueness of our purpose, identity and potentials.

If you have spent some few minutes with some corporate consultants; then, you must have heard or overheard the word called PEST. Actually, it is not a word as such, but an acronym, which stands for Political, Economic, Social and Technological environment those corporate organizations carryout their business objectives.

The consultants believe that peak corporate performance requires that each organization understands its working environments - Political, Economic, Social and Technological. Thinking that organizational efficiency (in terms of resource management) and effectiveness (in terms of meeting objectives) is only possible when an organization understands and responds to its environmental demands promptly and properly.

The church today has become more endangered by the environmental forces of this world-PEST; to the extent that the church is no longer bothered about effectiveness; but efficiency. It is said that people usually do what people see; hence, the church is becoming gradually assimilated into the shapes, styles, systems and struggles of her environment.

Thus, since understanding is necessary for any accurate response to one's environmental demands and challenges; the LORD is keen on helping His church to know what she must know and must do; while she is on the earth. In addition, this book is not written to discourage or frustrate anyone; but to relay the voice of the Spirit to the church on matters pertaining to her identity, her purpose and her potentials.

Truly, the numbers of men does not move the devil; but the number of men that carry the Spirit of Christ everywhere they go always frustrates him. so, through this book - Structural Disorderliness And The Destiny Of The Church - the Spirit of Christ Jesus shall be taking His church, breaking her, moulding her and using her in unusual ways on the earth. Be open to the voice of God over the letters of the book - be ready for a major SHIFT - be ready to fulfill your purpose on the earth as a part of God's people on the earth.

Now, let us borrow some insight from what goes on in the business world. Unarguably, the larger the demand for a given commodity or product; the larger the amount of the product that the supplier or producer will be eager to bring to the marketplace.

Consequentially, products that are highly demanded by customers often attract other producers who are not the inventor, but imitators and they flood the market. In most cases, these imitators know only a part in the production process of such products; which results in them releasing substandard products to the market. No matter how smart these imitators are, they can never know the product like the real inventors. Issues that revolve around quality, true maintenance, effective after-sales services, as a matter of general rule can only be best handled by the real producers or inventors.

While the imitators can claim some idea on the product; often times, sellers of these products do not have sound professional knowledge of the product. And whatever knowledge of the product they possess; it is limited to the amount of information that the real inventor releases per time. Though the numerous sellers and imitators may claim a reasonable knowledge of the product; the truth still remains that the most reliable and in-depth information about any product, lies with the original inventor of it.

Life, although given various interpretations or explanations by various people, authorities, and gurus, its true meaning and essence, can only be revealed by the real originator of life. Strategic Living is an inspired manual for everyone who desires true understanding of life; understanding of the purpose of his or her living; understanding of the proven principles of life and the tips for fulfilled living.

Truly, life is more than eating, drinking, sleeping, and dying. It could not have been for such. Marriage is for a purpose in the heart of God; however, fulfilling the purpose requires suitability of the woman to the man. I believe that every man is built with some deliberate needs or gaps, which every woman is designed accurately to meet or fill up. Some days ago, my Wife published some articles on Understanding in Marriage, she noted emphatically that "there are no perfect couples, but couples that understood themselves perfectly." If we take it from there, we could say that God did not create "supermen", but He created women to make men appear super! 

Your wife is built to cover up your own deficiencies; if you therefore despise her simplicity or willingness to help, your folly will be clear to all. Do you remember the story of Nabal and Abigail? That man was a fool, yet, he was married to a wise woman. Will you call that a coincidence or a mistake? None of the two I believe! Nabal was rich, but was also foolish; you might then ask, "how did the fool gather up enough money or wealth?" Then, I will remind you that he had a wise wife! The question then is, "how was Nabal perceived by the people in the city?" I believe that he was seen as a wise rich man! However, when he began to make decision without the help of his wise wife, his folly became more pronounced to the point that his wife could no longer cover it up, but make it a public knowledge.

In marriage, faults, mistakes, weaknesses and blames are to be covered. And that is why the Scriptures say that love does not parade itself, nor seeks its own. (1 Corinthians 13:4-8). When a woman brings her gifts, skills, passion, drive, submission, focus, dedication, faith, hope and care to the table of any man; such a man becomes bigger and larger. In short, women are the special gifts of God to men to cover their nakedness. 

However, no woman can correctly fulfill her own purpose in marriage if she is not correctly suited for the man; and if she is not cleaved to the man. You see, some women are gifted, blessed and humble; however, their relevance and value is more tilted towards their earlier families. Every marriage is about total leaving for cleaving. Whenever any couple refuses to leave completely to cleave completely, the marriage suffers from the shame of nakedness and purposelessness
